The first song I ever heard by Rock Kills Kid was "Hide Away", as it was the free iTunes Download of the Week back in February 2006. Hearing the song just once, it was instantly my new all-time favorite song. Then the band's album Are You Nervous? with the hit single "Paralyzed" was released and I picked it up.

Miss the early sounds of U2? Or like to hear that early U2 sound with a modern spin and keyboard? Or maybe you want something to dance to, rock out to, hum, chill, etc…whatever it is you want, it is all in this album.

You can shake your thang to "Midnight", hum along to "Paralyzed", let it out to "Life's A Bitch", go mellow with "Back To Life", sway your head with "Hide Away", or just let it all rock out to "Raise Your Hands".

This album is easily one of the best debut albums by a band in a long time, one of my top 3 albums of 2006 and one of my new favorite albums of all-time. Get out to the store and buy this album or download it off of iTunes RIGHT NOW. Not tomorrow. Not next week. RIGHT NOW.
