Eighteen Visions started their one hour set with the hard hittin' track "Black and Bruised". The would set the tempo for the rest of the night: big songs, big sound, small club. Didn't think it was possible, huh? Well Eighteen Visions does – and I'm not saying they "barely pull it off" – they blow the roof off the house.

Lead singer James Hart was battling a cold that night, but he still managed to sound amazing and have a great stage presence – greater than a lot of front men that are healthy and have a stage the size of a stadium to work with. The entire band's stage presence was amazing. Ken and Keith tore up the guitars all over the stage, Mick was jammin' hard on the bass, and Trevor…wow. That man is super entertaining back on the drums – he just shreds the hell out of his drums. Adding to the big sound? How about streamers/confetti being shot out into the crowd from the side of the stage a couple times throughout the night and a good light show. The band also played one of their ballads "Broken Hearted", showing they could bring it down a level as well.

For all the old 18V fans out there? The guys play a few older tracks live as well, including "I Let Go" and "Tower of Snakes". If you like to just watch the show, stand back, cause the mosh pit can get pretty heavy. The crowd went absolutely nuts when "Victim" was performed. Take my word for it, these guys have the proverbial "it". If not more than the album, the guys in concert just tear it up. If you have never seen Eighteen Visions live, do so…and see them again, and again, and again.
